Diane Lasko, Classic Hits mornings

Diane Lasko has been a Westmoreland County resident for nearly 25 years. She resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Ed, and children Sierra, a student at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, and Kyra, an eighth grader at Mount Pleasant Area Junior-Senior High. Diane studied communications and broadcast journalism and previously worked in Greensburg at WHJB and Pittsburgh for 3Ws and WZPT. In addition, for several years she served as an editor for Laurel Group Newspapers covering southern Westmoreland County. She believes in the strength and necessity of local media. Diane enjoys hiking, biking, community theater, reading, yoga, and time spent with friends and family.

Worked out with my trainer Brenton at lunch time, now I'm going back for Yoga after work. I also realized I have one more class with Brenton my trainer, thought today was my last one but NOT! Body Pump class is a great arm, leg & core workout. Pilates tomorrow. Arms & abs are sore so it's working!

Back to the gym (Westmoreland Athletic Club) last night for Body Combat class it was awesome. Karate, kick boxing, tae kwon do, tai chi and Muay thai moves "GREAT" workout! Meeting with Brenton my trainer today, body pump Wednesday and Pilates Thursday it's a busy week

A day off at the gym but going walking after work & then soaking in the hot tub. I need to work the soreness out. This challenge is awesome! I really enjoy working with a trainer and trying all the different classes. I'm learning a lot and can't wait to meet with Brenton Monday to see what he has in store for me next.

Well, made it thru another workout w/ my trainer and I'm sure by tomorrow morning my legs will feel like noodles too. Brenton worked them hard today. Brenton was very impressed with my balance on the half ball doing squats...... so was I!!!! LOL

I'm feeling the workout from yesterday. Arms, stomach & legs are def feeling it! That just means Brenton my trainer did a GOOD job!!!! Just got back from W.A.C. I worked out with Brenton my trainer for the first time today, ok I really needed this! It was a great workout and my arms feels like noodles but I love it!!!
