A Latrobe woman faces charges of assault after she allegedly grabbed another woman by her hair and slammed her head on the pavement.
The Tribune-Review reports that 40-year-old Lisa Kay Fannon now faces charges of assault. The incident happened last Tuesday as Fannon was arguing with a 21-year-old woman. The victim was allegedly pulled by her hair out of a car and the assault continued after that. Finally, Fannon took the victim’s cell phone and left in another vehicle.
Fannon is charged with simple assault, harassment and theft. She is awaiting her preliminary hearing.
