One person had to be rescued from a two-vehicle crash on Route 136 near Hempfield High School.
The Tribune-Review reports that the crash happened just before noon on Wednesday. The drivers have not been identified as of yet, but officials say that a silver car crossed the center line and crashed into a Corvette. The crash caused the driver of the Corvette to be trapped, and Fort Allen firefighters had to cut the Corvette to free the driver.
That driver was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. The other driver was not hurt.
State Police are continuing to investigate.
