The President and CEO of the Westmoreland Cultural Trust is leaving his position.
The Tribune-Review reports that the resignation of Michael J. Langer took effect on Friday. He said that he is looking into new opportunities.
Langer took over the trust in 2003, with his goals of improving the Trust’s financial position and to revive The Palace Theater in Greensburg.
An interim president is expected to be announced soon while a search for a new permanent president will take place.
