STATE POLICE INVESTIGATING WESTMORELAND COUNTY IDENTITY THEFT

State police are investigating a case of identity theft in Westmoreland County.  Troopers say they were initially called in on June 10th to help a 59-year-old Greensburg man as someone used his name and identity information to purchase a car in New York state worth over $68,000.  The investigation is on-going.
