The Westmoreland County Drug Task Force has charged a Jeannette woman with illegally selling prescription drugs.
The Tribune-Review reports that 25-year-old Andrea Cunningham was charged with possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia, possession and delivery of a controlled substance and violations of the state drug and cosmetic act. Penn Township police say that Cunningham made multiple transactions with a confidential informant between September 17th and 23rd at the parking lot of Greengate Centre in Hempfield Township.
Cunningham was arraigned on Monday and was released on $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is set for November 9th.
