A former deputy in the Westmoreland County Register of Wills office has announced her candidacy for that position in the 2019 election.
The Tribune-Review reports that 54-year-old Kimberly Horrell announced Tuesday that she plans to run for the position.
Horrell served as a deputy under current register of wills, Sherry Hamilton, who is still in her first term of office. It’s not known if Hamilton will run for the office again.
