A man from North Huntingdon is charged with theft for allegedly cashing gas well royalty checks in 2017 and 2018 after he sold the property where it was located.
The Tribune-Review reports that 44-year-old Thomas Bolton continued to receive gas royalty checks for nine months after he sold the property on Bolton Lane. Investigators say that Bolton stole $2,550 in checks.
A preliminary hearing is set for January 9th.
