A man from Unity has filed an appeal in a case in which he was found guilty of rape.
The Tribune-Review reports that 34-year-old Bruce Palmer is now claiming the testimony was unreliable due to his accuser’s emotional and mental state.
Palmer was convicted of rape and 13 other offenses and sentenced to serve four to eight years in prison. The appeal also stated that his former attorney did not adequately represent him.
