After an upcoming retirement takes effect, Westmoreland County’s Court of Common Pleas will work with nine judges, two shy of the full complement of judges.
The Tribune-Review reports that Judge Anthony Marsili is planning to retire in early January, and unless Governor Tom Wolf appoints and the State Senate confirms two judges, the vacancies will have to be covered by retired judges until the 2020 elections.
