Just a reminder that State Police will be out and about tonight and tomorrow as New Year’s celebrations get underway.
State Troopers will focus on DUI and seat belt violations as part of their patrols. Through the New Year’s driving period last year, troopers across the state investigated more than 1,100 crashes that resulted in two people being killed and 251 others injured. Sixty-six of those crashes were alcohol-related.
