Seven Springs and Hidden Valley say the ski season got off to its strongest start in years.
A spokesman told the Tribune Review that while the weather has been unseasonably mild for much of the winter so far, the cold snap in November and early December allowed for a lot of snow making. That resulted in the busiest December since 2010.
And despite high temperatures in the 40’s, its reported that there is still about two feet of snow on the slopes.
