He crashed his car into a Subway restaurant in New Kensington last month and now Brandon Jackson of Arnold has been charged with reckless driving and failing to report an accident to police.
New Kensington police say there were able to ID Jackson through surveillance video.
The restaurant suffered damage, and the owner tells the Tribune Review that it will reopen.
