A preliminary hearing was held yesterday for 36-year-old Moses Jevicky of Greensburg, a chiropractor who was accused of inappropriately touching a few of his teenage clients.
Testimony came yesterday from one of the victims, a girl who was 15 at the time, who said that Jevicky was mentoring her on power lifting, but got progressively inappropriate, making comments on her body parts, snapping her underwear, and touching her inappropriately. She was one of four women who testified yesterday against Jevicky.
Jevicky was eventually ordered to stand trial in four cases involving misdemeanor charges of indecent assault, harassment and other crimes. Jevicky’s chiropractic license was suspended in December.
Jevicky is now free on $40,000 bail.
