State Police are focusing on several thefts from construction sites in the New Stanton and Mt. Pleasant areas.
State troopers said in a news release that on Thursday morning, they were called out to a construction site on Mt. Pleasant Connel Road in East Huntingdon Township. Someone was able to break into a construction trailer and take several tools. Troopers say this follows the mode of operation of other break-ins where thieves go to construction sites and steal tools.
Police say the suspect is a 47-year-old Fayette County man. The investigation is continuing and if you have any information, call state police in Greensburg at 724-832-3288.
