State Police say that a woman was under the influence of multiple drugs when she drove into a row of shopping carts at the Walmart in East Huntingdon, injuring an employee.
Troopers say 40-year-old Ronalee Bailey of Mt. Pleasant now faces three counts of DUI – Controlled substance and single counts of aggravated assault by vehicle and reckless driving.
In December, Bailey was found at the Walmart in the Summit Ridge Plaza asleep at the wheel. She denied at the time being under the influence.
A preliminary hearing is set for January 23.
