State Police have charged a man from Mt. Pleasant with selling drugs that lead to someone’s death.
Troopers say that 34-year-old Ricky Fosbrink allegedly sold a deadly mix of heroin and fentanyl that was responsible for the death of 35-year-old Christopher Phillip Biller back in January of 2017. Troopers say that text messages on Biller’s phone lead them to Fosbrink, and when they got to Fosbrink’s home, they found several stamp bags of heroin in the kitchen that had the same markings as the ones found near Biller.
Police waited two years to file charges because they wanted detailed lab results.
Fosbrink, who confessed to the crime, is now in Westmoreland County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is set for next Thursday.
