State Police are investigating a case of assault in the Latrobe area that happened on December 28th.
Troopers say that at 8:44 PM, an un-named 42-year-old man hit a 38-year-old woman several times with his fist, and during the altercation at a home on Ligonier Street, the man also stepped on a six-month old boy who was on the floor between them.
