A Ruffsdale man has pleaded guilty to drunk driving and two counts of causing a crash resulting in injuries in connection with a crash along the railroad tracks in East Huntingdon.
The Tribune-Review reports that 39-year-old John Woodward pleaded guilty to the charges connected to the crash in February of 2017 where his car was found partially flipped over near Railroad Street.
Woodward was sentenced yesterday to serve up to five years in prison and pay a $1000 fine. In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors dismissed eleven other counts and downgraded the most serious crimes to misdemeanors.
