State troopers have charged two Derry Township men with several ATV thefts since the middle of December.
The Tribune-Review reports that 20-year-old Seth McIntyre and 24-year-old Cody Stiffey were charged after a January 10th theft. The victim in one of the cases, while waiting for State Police to respond, saw his ATV go by and the information he provided lead police to the two suspects.
Both McIntyre and Stiffey were released on $10,000 bond pending a preliminary hearing on February 20th.
