Poor weather over the month of January has delayed the opening of a bridge on Route 711 in Ligonier Township.
The Tribune-Review reports that the bridge over Mill Creek was to have opened last month, but the inclement weather over the last month has delayed work on paving. Alternating single-lane traffic will continue through the construction zone, and officials say that the bridge will re-open completely in mid-February.
The bridge is part of the statewide Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.
