A man from the Plum area is now in custody after police reported finding child pornography on his computer.
The Tribune-Review reports that 35-year-old Antonio Pampena allegedly shared the files at different times in December and January through a peer to peer network. Some of those files were received by an agent of the State Attorney General’s office in North Huntingdon. Agents were able to trace the downloads and find where Pampena lived, and police found 25 images and 10 videos of child pornography on a computer.
Pampena is in Westmoreland County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing set for February 6th.
