Construction should be completed this summer on an amphitheater in downtown Jeannette.
The Tribune Review reports that the $170,000 project will be located on a city-owned vacant lot at the corner of Clay Avenue and 5th Street, right across the street from a micro brewery that is expected to open later this year.
City council still has to approve the amphitheater project, which would be funded by tax credits.
