A Somerset County man is charged with theft of services after he failed to pay workers supplied by a Greensburg company for landscaping work.
Joseph Battisto is in the county prison and owes the four workers more than $25,000 for the work done. The workers did the landscaping at the home of a client of Battisto’s in Fairhope.
He faces a preliminary hearing on February 14th.
