State Police say an 84 year old Hempfield man with molesting a young girl over a period of five years.
Charles Howard faces charges of aggravated indecent assault. According to information released by the State Police, the alleged contact occurred between 2008 and 2013 when the girl was between 6 and 11 years old.
Howard is free on bail.
