Police say that a Grapeville man threatened to, in his words, “shoot up” the Hempfield High School.
State Police say that 18-year-old Evan Kinzey is charged with making terroristic threats, possession of a weapon on school property, disorderly conduct and related crimes for the incident on January 24th when Kinzey posted the threat to social media.
