Unity lawyer Jessica Rafferty has announced her candidacy for the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.
Rafferty’s work as a lawyer has focused on family law and civil litigation.
Rafferty is a graduate of Greater Latrobe High School and got her law degree from George Mason University.
