One person was injured in a crash on February 13th in Hempfield Township.
State Police say 75-year-old Robert Gelzhiser of Manor was driving too closely behind a tractor-trailer on Route 30 just east of West Hills Drive, and around 10:30 AM, he veered off the south edge of Route 30 and struck the curb at the entrance to a dental office. The car went on and hit a utility pole, rotating from the impact with the pole.
Gelzhiser was taken to the VA Hospital in Oakland for treatment of injuries.
