The Westmoreland County Housing Authority is looking to build a senior apartment complex in the Hempfield area.
The Tribune-Review reports that the Odin View complex will hold 47 units and will be located on the same property as South Greengate Commons, a 45-unit building. The project is expected to cost $13.1 million and was funded through the sale of tax credits as well as $1.2 million in state grants.
Construction is expected to start in May.
