The trial of an Allegheny County man charged with killing 32-year-old Michael Wilson nearly two years ago has been delayed until May.
The Tribune-Review reports that 30-year-old Darrelle Tolbert-McGhee is charged with shooting Wilson in April of 2017 in front of the Dollar General store on Clay Avenue in Jeannette.
The trial was supposed to begin in March, but a brief hearing was held Tuesday morning in Westmoreland County Common Pleas Court and Judge Meghan Billik-Defazio agreed to the two-month delay.
