A Latrobe man was ordered to serve up to 12 years in prison for his guilty plea in the August 2017 shooting death of his 15-year-old friend.
The Tribune-Review reports that 18-year-old Andrew Stephen Brady entered his plea yesterday, saying he was guilty of the charges against him in the shooting death of Devin Capasso. Capasso was killed when a gun held by Brady went off as the two listened to rap music in a Latrobe home.
Brady pleaded to involuntary manslaughter and possession of unlicensed firearm possession.
