Greensburg police accuse a 23-year-old woman for leaving a one-year-old and a two-year-old child home alone in a crib last week.
Police say they were called on February 27th by a neighbor who said she saw 23-year-old Sierra Manges of Greensburg leave the children unsupervised. When officers went in, they found the two in a crib and crying. While they investigated, Manges returned home, telling the officer she had only intended to be gone for about 20 minutes and had asked a neighbor to watch the children. When the neighbor was contacted, they said they were never asked. No word yet as to why she left the home.
Manges faces two counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for May 2nd.
