
Two Latrobe residents were arrested over the weekend on charges of heroin possession.
The Tribune-Review reports that 26-year-old Marcus Grasmick and 45-year-old Kathy Runyon are charged with possession and delivery of a controlled substance, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Grasmick also faces charges of illegal possession of a firearm in connection with the incident. Officers served a search warrant on an apartment and were able to force their way in. They found and seized 42 stamp bags of suspected heroin, empty stamp bags, syringes, a digital scale and some cash.
Both are in jail on $50,000 bail with a preliminary hearing set for March 25th.
