A former Irwin man was sentenced to serve up to five years in prison in connection with a car crash that killed another Irwin man.
The Tribune-Review reports that 30-year-old Joshua Moser was sentenced to 18 months to five years in state prison for his part in the fatal crash that killed Joshua Jordan in May of 2013. Moser was speeding in a stolen vehicle that crashed and flipped over on Route 136. Jordan was a passenger in the car and he died from his injuries.
The case moved slowly in the court system because of pre-trial issues and legal challenges.
