The North Huntingdon Police Department donated one of their police cars to the Norwin School District for use by their school resource officer.
The request was unanimously approved by the North Huntindon Township Commissioners at their meeting earlier this week. The car will allow Jeff Pritts, a retired Greensburg Police Officer, to travel to all seven buildings in the Norwin School District. The car itself is a used 2014 Chevy Impala that was used by the police department.
