A block of North Maple Avenue will be the target area for water line upgrades over the next few weeks and will experience some intermittent closures.
The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County say they will upgrade a water line between West Pittsburgh Street and West Otterman Street starting today. During the work, that portion of the road will be closed from time to time between 7 AM and 4 PM over the next few weeks.
After the water line is replaced, the road will be re-paved.
