The Mon Valley Opioid Coalition is planning a public meeting for later this month.
The Tribune-Review reports that the meeting will go over the group’s goals and progress while seeking public input on the group’s website. The group, formed in 2017, has members from Westmoreland, Washington and Fayette Counties to increase community education and awareness , and help those in need of treatment.
The meeting will be held from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the Mon Valley Career and Technology Center in Speers.
