
The woman involved in the death of a 13-year-old boy was released on parole after 10 -months in jail.
The Tribune-Review reports that Brooke Nelson pleaded guilty last year to five counts each of child endangerment and reckless endangerment connected with the March 2016 death of James Gustafson. Gustafson was shot by John Burnsworth III, his friend, while she was babysitting three others.
Police and Gustafsonās father said she was the one to provide the gun used in the fatal shooting. Parole was granted by Judge Rita Hathwaway.
