State troopers have filed charges against a Jeannette man connected with a DUI crash in Yukon that resulted in the death of a 25-year-old woman from Hempfield.
The Tribune-Review reports that 25-year-old Trey L. Cue was arraigned on Tuesday for multiple charges, including two counts of homicide by vehicle while DUI for the crash that killed 25-year-old Sarah McDonald, who was a passenger in the vehicle when it crashed.
State Police say that Cue had both alcohol and cocaine in his system at the time of the crash.
Cue was ordered to county prison in lieu of $100,000 bond, with a preliminary hearing set for April 24th.
