
A man from Unity faces charges of aggravated assault and others after state police say he fired a rifle in his home while two kids were inside it.
The Tribune-Review that one of the girls in the home of 41-year-old Mark Slagle called 911 and reported the shooting at Puriton Avenue. The girl told police that that Slagle pointed a gun at the two of them and shouted threats before firing the gun into the wall. She also told police that Slagle looked intoxicated.
He is free on $5000 unsecured bond, but he is due on May 6th for a preliminary hearing.
