An Indiana County man accused in the 2015 beating death of his mother is now charged with beating another patient at Torrance State Hospital in Derry Township.
The Tribune-Review reports that 40-year-old Todd Walters faces charges of strangulation, simple assault, and harassment in connection with the incident on April 18th. A witness said that she saw Walters attack another patient and strangle him.
Walters refused to talk without a lawyer present. He is due in court for a preliminary hearing on May 29th.
