A Westmoreland County man now faces charges of nearly starting a fire in a Greensburg apartment after he passed out from drinking.
KDKA-TV reports that on Wednesday, Brian Reed had passed out in his apartment, and he had left a pot on the stove burning. The smoke from his apartment set off alarms and everyone got out, but Reed remained passed out.
Police found several glass bongs and asked him what else he took. Reed laughed and said he drank a “four loko” malt beverage before passing out.
Reed is free on $5000 bail.
