If a man from Monessen accepts a plea deal for his role in a shooting, he could serve up to six years in prison.
The Tribune-Review reports that 31-year-old Delaney Huggins was originally charged with attempted murder and other offenses, but after no one came forward to testify against either Huggins or against Steven Womack, the other gunman in the July 2017 shooting along 10th Street, the attempted murder charge was dropped and they now face weapons offenses and several counts of reckless endangerment.
