The search continues for some black Angus cows roaming through south Murrysville.
The Tribune-Review reports that photos on Facebook first posted on April 26th showed that a herd of cattle was on School Road South in the middle of the night. On April 29th a motorist hit a cow on the same road. Both driver and cow walked away without serious injury.
The Westmoreland County Animal Response Team is now helping with the case. While it’s not known at this time who owns the cows, police say they have been seen in the School Road South and Boxcartown Road areas. Contact local police if you have seen the cows.
