A search for a 29-year-old Latrobe man who was wanted for failure to comply with court-mandated drug tests for his probation led the Westmoreland County Sheriffs to a tent in Unity Township.
The Tribune-Review reports that Sheriff’s Deputies found Paul Plymale with his girlfriend, 27-year-old Sarah Mains of the Ligonier area, and took them into custody on Thursday. Authorities also found and confiscated crystal methamphetamine, cellphones, and drug paraphernalia in the tent.
Plymale was ordered held in the Westmoreland County Jail on detainer for the parole violation, and he is now charged with possession and delivery of a controlled substance, flight to avoid apprehension and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mains was also ordered to the County jail on probation violation. She also faces charges of possession with a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
