A Greensburg man who was involved in a fight with State Attorney General’s agents who were making an investigation into his son was sentenced to serve a year of probation.
The Tribune-Review reports that 50-year-old Mark Edward Bittner fought with the agents as they investigated a case of child pornography against his son, injuring three agents during the fight.
The son, 20-year-old Joshua, was accused of contacting young girls through Instagram and getting them to remove their clothes. An October trial is scheduled. Mark Bittner has started taking anger management classes and wrote letters of apology to the agents.
