An Indiana man now faces charges of sexual assault from Greensburg City Police.
The Tribune-Review reports that 30-year-old Thomas Swearingen, Jr. of Blairsville is charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault in connection with the incident on March 24th at the victim’s home.
The victim allegedly knew Swearingen and invited him to stay with her at her home on Brown Avenue the night before, but woke up at 3:00 AM the next morning to find him assaulting her.
Swearingen was released on $30,000 unsecured bond pending a preliminary hearing on June 6th.
