Parents of children in the Latrobe School District have been warned about students possibly smoking marijuana in e-cigarettes.
The Tribune-Review reports that Latrobe police chief John Sleasman said that he believes the marijuana being used in the vape pens is more potent than regular marijuana. Several Greater Latrobe students were taken to the hospital for allegedly using vape pens on Friday. While the exact number has not been confirmed, police did confirm they were called out four times, and confirmed that the students involved were minors.
