A couple was identified by Greensburg Police as those involved in the theft of a woman’s purse and using her credit cards on a shopping spree.
The Tribune-Review reports that police have charged via summons 23-year-old Amanda Hofelt and her boyfriend, 28-year-old Dylan Bollman, in connection with the theft. Earlier this month, the victim was taking items out of her vehicle and into her house when she left her purse on top of the car. When she came back, the purse was gone, along with her wallet, credit cards, jewelry and a watch.
Surveillance photos from a nearby convenience store showed the theft in progress and it was through those pictures that police were able to identify the two involved.
Preliminary hearings are set for June 6th.
