Two Westmoreland County men were arrested on Wednesday in connection with a fatal overdose of a Latrobe man last July.
The Tribune-Review reports that 28-year-old Kyle Clem of Derry and 34-year-old Michael Lilliock of West Newton are charged as part of a state grand jury investigation into the death of 29-year-old John Sessi, Jr. The state grand jury said that Sessi had contacted Clem to purchase heroin in the parking lot of the Derry Ukranian Club. Sessi was later found unresponsive in a bathroom and died at the hospital from acute combined drug toxicity of heroin and fentanyl.
Clem told police that he purchased the heroin from Lilliock at a saloon in Sewickley Township. The two face charges of drug delivery resulting in death and drug delivery and are now in Westmoreland County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail each.
